My own awakening and all thereafter has brought me to this point. A place to shout about what I've learnt and share practical "this life" stuff. . If only more new how powerful they were.
This is a record of my own evolving journey of adjustment, I hope to encourage others to keep me upto date with their own spiritual development and insights in the comments, this will really keep me going. But truly it is just a way of focus for my own improvement.
I have channeled an idea...... After many years failed attempts to stop the smoking, like many thousands of other slaves. I never quit quitting, if you get me?. I still believed after all these times that I would find a way to master my addiction and stop for good. Well now I have devised a plan. The ultimate plan for me.
I am going to document my quitting by blog or vlog (get me, hahaha)
I am going to replace my cravings with meditation and focus on personal interests such yoga, calisthenics, plant medicines and such like when cravings do arise. Actively replacing the craving (which after all is only a thought) with a mind focusing exercise. By recording, either by word or camera it draws my focus to the 21 day plan/challenge that Im trying to fool my sub conscious with. Hahaha.
